Flexible Work Arrangements: We’ve embraced a Hybrid 2-1-2 strategy, allowing employees to work from the office twice a week, have an optional office day, and work remotely for the other two days. This approach balances opportunities for in-office collaboration and connection with the flexibility of remote work. The 2-1-2 structure provides employees the autonomy to structure their workdays in a way that best suits their personal lives.

We also recently re-evaluated and enhanced our parental leave policies to ensure they provide adequate support, particularly around short-term disability, to prevent financial strain. We also offer a life insurance policy that pays three times your annual salary to aid your loved ones should anything happen.

We offer $1,000 annual stipends for employees to pursue learning and development opportunities that align with their career goals. This not only supports individual growth but also enhances the overall skill set of our team. Employees across all departments have leveraged the learning and development stipend for educational materials, certifications, courses, workshops, conferences, memberships, subscriptions, and more!

We’ve introduced initiatives like community service and community-building days.  This strengthens our company culture and aligns with our values of humility and ubuntu. Hi Marley employees also can participate in Marley & MEE, a collection of six employee engagement groups that help people across departments connect over similar interests and passions outside of work, including DEI and resource groups, clubs covering a wide range of hobbies like gardening and cooking, a social committee, a book club, a hackathon competition, fundraisers supporting various causes and organizations, and more.
