We’re looking for a Director of Growth to lead and develop our team of Client Executives. In this critical role, you’ll oversee a high-performing sales team, execute complex enterprise sales strategies in regulated industries, and ensure we achieve ambitious pipeline and revenue goals. What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Client Executives, ensuring consistent performance, professional development, and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the execution of complex enterprise sales cycles, with a focus on highly regulated industries like insurance and finance. Provide clear sales playbooks, deal review frameworks, and resources to guide the team through multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for building relationships, managing multi-stakeholder deals, and presenting value propositions to C-level executives.
- Establish clear performance metrics and hold the team accountable for meeting pipeline and revenue targets.
- Act as a hands-on sales leader by assisting with high-priority accounts, strategic opportunities, and deal negotiations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer, Finance and Engineering to drive a cohesive sales strategy and ensure customer success.
- Monitor pipeline activity, provide accurate forecasting, and deliver regular reporting on team and individual performance.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to inform team strategies and sales approaches.
- Foster collaboration across the sales team, ensuring alignment, knowledge sharing, and efficient execution of sales processes.
- Represent Hi Marley at client meetings, industry conferences, and events to strengthen relationships and elevate brand visibility
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including at least 3+ years managing and coaching high-performing sales teams.
- Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals within highly regulated industries (e.g., insurance, finance).
- Strong ability to lead and develop sales teams, driving accountability, growth, and results in a scaling organization.
- Experience selling in long sales-cycle environments (6+ months) and managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to senior executives.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving pipeline growth, achieving revenue targets, and scaling team performance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with dynamic, fast-paced startup environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for reporting and pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel (20-40%) to support team members, attend client meetings, and participate in industry events.
