As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the charge to make our AI-powered Conversational First Notice of Loss (CFNOL) a market leading solution. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of product strategy, working cross-functionally to understand customer pain points, prioritize impactful solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes. Partnering with a dedicated team of engineers, you’ll bring your vision to life, ensuring the CFNOL product exceeds customer expectations and drives meaningful results. What You’ll Do
- Become a subject matter expert on your product for internal and external stakeholders
- Establish rapid “Build > Measure > Learn” loops to ensure we solve the right problems, in the right order, in the right way
- Collaborate with your dedicated engineering team to create a shared understanding of work to be done
- Set the vision for your product, own the roadmap, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers
- Stay current on insurance and technology trends and adjust your plan accordingly
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Management, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience bringing a product to market that utilizes generative artificial intelligence
- A first principle thinker that has that has experience identifying and challenging product assumptions
- An outcome-oriented mindset with history of setting and achieving meaningful goals/metrics
- Strong experience in translating customer and business needs into a short and long-term roadmap
- Track record of translating business needs into actionable work for engineering teams
- Ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally to bring a feature or product to market
- Strong communication and leadership skills
