With its current partner shutting down on December 1, 2023, Donegal needed an alternative SMS communication solution. After a competitive evaluation process, Donegal selected Hi Marley as its new platform because of its insurance focus, ability to seamlessly integrate with Donegal’s claim system of record, Guidewire ClaimCenter and purpose-built features like Coaching capabilities. The Hi Marley Insurance Cloud will allow Donegal to streamline communications, improve the claims experience and enhance customer service.

The Hi Marley Insurance Cloud allows Donegal adjusters to communicate with insureds via text messaging, helping Donegal continue this commitment by ensuring policyholders can reach their adjusters when and where they need them.
