Union Mutual Partners with Hi Marley to Drive Top-Down Communications Initiative

Montpelier, VT and Boston, MA – August 18, 2020 – Hi Marley today announced a partnership with Union Mutual of Vermont Companies to employ Hi Marley’s insurance-focused, innovative texting platform to enhance the customer experience. Union Mutual takes great pride in its ease of doing business through its superior service and dedication to innovation. Union Mutual engaged formally with Hi Marley after a successful pilot program. Using Hi Marley, Union Mutual claims adjusters can now quickly and easily communicate with policyholders through text messaging to review and settle insurance claims.

They noted shorter claims cycle times and increased positive customer feedback data as two of the most compelling results they’ve been tracking. Because of this, along with ease of set-up, training and use, Union Mutual is considering ways to incorporate the texting platform into the underwriting process and other areas of the insurance lifecycle.
