Stefanie is the Chief People Officer at Hi Marley and has a passion for the employee experience. Stefanie was employee number seven and strives to create and nurture the same culture that drew her in at such an early stage – a culture of humility, belonging, diversity, authenticity, fun, courage and team-first mentality. Stefanie leads talent acquisition, employee engagement and culture, learning and development and benefits administration. She spent the early part of her career at WinterWyman and MathWorks gaining deep experience in recruiting while also establishing herself as a mentor and role model to those around her. Stefanie holds a B.S. from Merrimack College in Business Management. Outside of Hi Marley, you can either find her on the beaches of Rhode Island with her husband and daughters, training for a road race or riding her beloved Peloton.

Jackie Booth is the Senior Vice President of Product at Hi Marley, where she leads the Product Management, Product Design, and Analytics teams. With a passion for solving problems and bringing the right people together, Jackie focuses on creating innovative solutions that make insurance communication more seamless and lovable. Before joining Hi Marley, Jackie led analytics at Care.com, building and scaling a global team to drive data-informed decisions across the organization. As an early employee at DraftKings, she played a key role in scaling analytics, and later spearheaded new product development and innovation. Jackie’s career has been guided by curiosity and a deep commitment to fostering high-performing teams that thrive on collaboration and shared success. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, and embracing new challenges—from running to ultimate frisbee.
