Jay is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Hi Marley. He has deep experience providing software and services solutions to the P&C space. Jay served as Senior Vice President of Operations at First Notice Systems, Innovation Group and Enservio, leading teams to achieve operational excellence. He joined Hi Marley because of their commitment to transforming the policyholder experience. He holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. Jay is a passionate New England sports fan and loves coaching and attending athletic contests of his three children and 24 nieces and nephews. His haven is Cape Cod where he relaxes and participates in many outdoor activities to pass the summer.

Kim Johnson is the Senior Vice President of Customer at Hi Marley, where she leads the company’s customer strategy and ensures that the carrier voice is embedded into the company’s product and service offerings. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kim has a proven track record in customer experience (CX) strategy, technology, and driving large-scale transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Hi Marley, Kim held senior leadership roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she led CX strategy and managed software product development for servicing and claims. She also spent significant time at Allstate Insurance, working across Technology, Human Resources, and Claims. Kim began her career at Accenture, specializing in change management and consulting for financial services. At Hi Marley, Kim’s deep industry expertise and collaborative leadership style are instrumental in helping carriers deliver exceptional customer experiences. Her strategic vision is crucial in driving Hi Marley’s mission to improve the insurance experience through intelligent conversational solutions. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and engaging in community activities. She is passionate about mentoring and sharing her love for the insurance industry with others. 

Dan is the Chief Growth Officer at Hi Marley. He has spent most of his career leading sales teams for technology, information and analytics organizations in the risk and insurance space. He joined Hi Marley because of the organization’s mission to make insurance simple and lovable and their passion for delivering an amazing user experience. Most recently, Dan served as Chief Revenue Officer for Sphera, the largest provider of integrated risk management software and information services focused on environmental, health & safety (EH&S). Prior to Shera, Dan spent much of his career at CCC Information Services. As Group Vice President, he was responsible for the National Account Group and led a large cross-functional team that managed and implemented key strategic initiatives with the top insurance carriers in North America. Dan received his M.B.A. from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and his B.S. in Business Economics from Benedictine University. Outside of work, you will either find him spending time with his wife and four kids or obsessing over his golf game.
